FOX read this, Dicing Npc

There has been many cases of scamming in this community it made many people quit. I am suggesting you put in a NPC at DiceZone (::dicezone) that rolls and give you double of the items you gave him. This is a very good way to prevent scamming and it will keep players on the game. I saw it in a previous Runescape private server I used to play and it was a very good addition.
