THEN DO ::rc
AFTER, YOU SHALL MAKE THE LOW LEVEL RUNES UNTIL YOU REACH ABOUT 60 RC WHICH WILL NOT TAKE LONG. THEN I WILL RECOMMEND MAKING LAW RUNES TO 99 WHICH IS WHAT I DID.
I WOULD ALSO ADVISE TO USE EFFIGIES ON THIS SKILL BECAUSE IT CAN BE PRETTY BORING.
